Mandy Black established Elmsleigh Cakes in 2010 and has been creating stunning cake designs since the beginning. Recently, she introduced Amanda Black Cakes as part of Elmsleigh Cakes to celebrate her accomplishments as an internationally recognized award-winning cake artist.
She remains successful in her business, consistently dedicating her passion and commitment to each cake she creates.

With continued recommendations and preferred supplier status at many of the New Forests finest venues the business continues to grow.

Mandy specialises in modern creative cakes and of course the delicious savoury alternative with her stunning cheese celebration towers. 

These towers are a delight to the senses, with stunning cheeses, crackers, pickles, fruits in fact everything you could need to enjoy this amazing cheeseboard . Mandy enjoys all the challenges and experiences this cake life brings.

She has been called upon to judge many local baking & craft competitions  and has enjoyed  judging the cake and bake competition at The New Forest Show since its foundation..
