Mandy Black started Elmsleigh cakes in 2010 and has been making delightful cake creations since day one. Currently undergoing a transition into Amanda Black Cakes, she continues to enjoy success and still maintains the passion and love that goes into each cake.

With continued recommendations and preferred supplier status at many of the New Forests finest venues the business continues to grow.

Mandy specialises in modern creative cakes and of course the delicious savoury alternative with her stunning cheese celebration towers. 

These towers are a delight to the senses, with stunning cheeses, crackers, pickles, fruits in fact everything you could need to enjoy this amazing cheeseboard . Just relax and let Mandy take control, she has an amazing array of  items for everything to be displayed at its best, all included in the package.

Mandy enjoys all the challenges and experiences this cake life brings.

She has been called upon to judge many local baking & craft competitions  and will for the forth time be judging the cake and bake competition at The New Forest Show this summer.

From the start to the end of the cake ordering process, Mandy was brilliant. I went to her with half an idea and Mandy just 'ran' with it. I was absolutely blown away with the end result - it far exceeded my expectations. The cake was both fantastic to look at and eat.
